We are seeking talented candidates with the following skills:High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is requiredCollege degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceParalegal certificate is not requiredCA Experience preferredProficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is requiredLitigation experience preferredTeam oriented with superior time-management skillsDetail oriented and able to multi-taskAbility to function in a fast-paced environment

 

The position?s functions include:Review various follow up queues on a daily basis to direct litigation workflow concerning post-suit and post-judgment processes.Perform skip tracking of debtors.Contact court clerks to confirm/track filings.Verify employment of defendants.Data entry and preparation of legal documentation.Quality control review. Other duties as assigned.
