Part-Time Customer Service/Administrative Postition

Seeking a qualified part-time candidate to fill a customer service & administrative position from Noon to 4p.m., Monday through Friday.  This person must be experienced with and will be responsible for: front desk and reception tasks that include answering phones, registering guests and maintaining excellent relationships with tenants and customers.  The position also requires supporting staff on administrative duties and special projects.

 

Knowledge and Skills Required

This person must have excellent customer relations skills and the ability to remain pleasant in difficult situations.  Candidate must possess a professional attitude and appearance as well as a service-focused and flexible personality.  Knowledge of office procedures, Microsoft Office applications and Sequel database programs are essential.  Excellent typing and proof reading skills are a must. The ability to manage projects while completing administrative duties is also essential.

 

Education and Experience

Two years of college or special training is desirable.  Minimum of three years experience in a business environment with significant public contact is required. Experience with Sequel databases, word processing and all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel is required.
