This Position is Responsible For:
? Handling customer questions, issues and billing inquiries with high degree of courtesy and professionalism.
? Place outbound calls to customers and ask research questions utilizing a script. Absolutely no sales!!
? Researching customer information and product information.
? Utilizing a variety of systems and web-based tools to research & resolve customer issues.
Minimum Qualifications include:
? You must possess strong communication skills, and customer service skills
? You must have at least 1 year of experience in a cell center/customer service environment.
? You must be able to multi-task and the initiative to take on special projects
? You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

1st and 2nd full and part-time shifts available. One weekend day required.
