We are seeking a Part-time Assistant Account Executive to focus on quality control for accuracy, proofing of ads, ensuring that publisher deadlines are met and providing back up and assistance to Account Executives.

 PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  Overseeing creation of all advertising artwork, through delivery to publisher.

  Accurately proof all artwork for typos, policy/pub spec. violations, incorrect telephone numbers, and all other related discrepancies.

  Compare advertising, artwork and pricing appearing on directory order to advertising authorized by client.

  Compare information on advertising order to information appearing in the Dealer File for accuracy.

  Communicate all advertising order discrepancies to appropriate AE, Centralized Processor, Art Processor, or Manager.

  Accurately proof all advice and queries, including referencing when necessary.

  Assist AE?s on Media Planning Recommendations/annual plans.

Special projects as assigned.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

 

  Assist in proofing of special projects

  Assist in maintaining efficient file maintenance 

  Other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIRED

  Ability to meet deadlines.

  PC literate. Ability to learn new computer programs

  Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  Superior Customer Service Skills

  Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability 

  General office skills.

  Ability to multitask.

  Ability to resolve account issues and inform AE?s as needed

  Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent relationship skills

Excellent computer skills utilizing MS Office.

Must be organized and be able to multi-task.
