Part-time, Master Servicing Processor

Responsibilities:

The primary role of the Master Servicing Processor is to accurately analyze the data reported and the funds remitted by the deal level servicers for our Master Servicing portfolio.  This position is responsible for ensuring the reports to investors accurately reflect the servicer remittances.  This includes learning the SBO 2000 system, preparing and loading monthly payment information into SBO and resolves any discrepancies between a servicer?s report and the Master Servicer?s internal system.

 

This is a part-time opportunitiy.  Work hours are flexible, up to 30 hours/week, Monday-Friday between 8:30 A.M.-4:30 P.M.

 

Requirements:

* 2 years of mortgage servicing experience required.
* Investor accounting experience is a plus.
* SBO 2000 experience is a plus
* Demonstrated expert in Excel and Word
* Demonstrated proficiency in Access and PowerPoint
* Detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
* Self-starter and problem solver with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
* Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* College Degree in Finance or Accounting (B.S. Preferred)
