Part-time Medical Records Clerical Representative-Annapolis, MD

Smart Document Solutions is actively seeking qualified candidates for a part time Medical Records Scanning Representative to service a medical clinic route scanning medical records in Annapolis, Glen Burnie, Bowie, and Odenton, MD.

Smart Document Solutions delivers quality service to thousands of hospitals, clinics and group practices nationwide using the latest in medical record technology.

The Medical Records Scanning Representative will be responsible for but not limited to traveling to various medical clinics scanning medical records and completing release of information requests. The position requires a reliable person with reliable transportation.



Applicants must have exceptional customer service skills to interface with patients as well as clinic staff, be self-motivated, have the ability to work on their own and learn quickly on the job.

Previous experience in a medical environment or medical records department is highly preferred.

This position is Wednesday & Thursday weekly, averaging 4 to 6 hours each day.

Minimum Experience and Education:
*MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
*Experience in a medical office or medical facility preferred.
*Strong computer and customer satisfaction skills.
*Ability to multi-task, be self - motivated and be a team player.
*High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
