Partner Sales Administrator

Overview
- M5 Networks is a rapidly growing outsourced IP phone system provider based in Manhattan. We seek a highly organized, proactive, personable and intelligent perfectionist to assist the sales and partner operations teams in achieving/exceeding their quarterly sales quotas.


Responsibilities
- Prepare reports on sales and partner metrics to internal and external parties.
- Run partner commission program, validating automated calculation and preparing manual calculations.
- Manage the logistical aspects of a partner organizations? progress through the M5 Partner Program including agreement execution and administration.
- Manage and execute the partner survey program.
- Manage the IT Consultant Orientation sessions.
- Manage logistics of sales campaigns including preparing databases, preparing collateral and coordinating event attendance.
- Manage partner portal registration.
- Assistance with client proposals including bill analysis and documentation preparation.
- Validate data in associated Salesforce and Lichen databases.
- Validate and complete sales orders.

Requirements
- 3 years experience in a consultative sales environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce, or an alternate Customer Relationship Management application.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Either a good knowledge of phone systems and the telecommunications marketplace, or the commitment to obtain it.
- Bachelor?s Degree.
