Nilfisk-Advance, Inc., the world?s premiere manufacturer of professional cleaning equipment, has a challenging opportunity available for a Parts Representative.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Reviews / processes parts orders from dealers and end users

? Takes orders from phone or fax and enters data into BAAN

? Coordinates in some shipping arrangements

? Prepares and follows up the proper paper work if any

? Documents order entry volume and provides reports to management

? Provides customers with information, such as pricing and parts availability, to assist them in making sound decisions and achieve customer satisfaction

? Assists with international shipment processing and customs paperwork

? Provides main backup Receptionist duties for the front desk

? Performs other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

?  High School diploma or equivalent

?  Entry level to experienced; desire a minimum of 2 years data entry experience

?  High level of attention to detail

?  Ability to process large volume of orders in BAAN on a daily basis

?  Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks

?  Ability to analyze problems and solve work related issues

?  Job involves working in front of computer screen

 

COMPUTER SKILLS:

?  Familiar with MS Word, Excel

?  Working knowledge of ERP systems, such as BAAN

?  Capability to learn new software
