Payment Processing

One of the nation?s premier non-prime mortgage banking institutions, Accredited Home Lenders, Inc., was founded in 1990. The San Diego-based Company is engaged in the business of originating, servicing and selling residential mortgage loans that do not generally conform to the credit or other criteria established by the Fannie Mae and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. (Freddie Mac). Accredited?s loans are commonly referred to as nonconforming or ?non-prime? mortgage loans.

We are seeking a Payment Processor to work part time. This position will process mortgage payments and payoffs to loans. Other duties include:
?Cross training on payoff demands and Customer Service functions, including backing-up incoming borrower calls.

? Processing mortgage payments.

? Processing payoff checks.

? Processing Western Union phone payments.

? Processing Quick Collect payments.
