Payroll Administrator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

These include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)

_??????? Process weekly payroll data to ADP.

_??????? Accurately keys all payroll related information necessary to process payroll

_??????? Analyzes, prepares and inputs payroll data.? ?Typically uses automated system (ADP)to produce accurate and timely payroll. ?Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.

_??????? Key weekly invoices based off payroll reports into automated accounting system.

_??????? Keeps abreast of the payroll processing system and changes in wage and tax laws, and corresponds with federal, state and local tax agencies on behalf of our clients in problem situations.

_??????? Maintains client and employee files.

_??????? Researches and resolves client/employee payroll problems.

_??????? Researches and resolves payroll system problems.

_??????? Compile payroll data such as expenses, garnishments, vacation time, insurance and 401(k) deductions.

_??????? May contact various employees and or managers for any missed times.

_??????? Pull internal management reports from ADP software.

_??????? Attention to detail.

_??????? Problem analysis and problem resolution.

_??????? Is responsible for other duties assigned by management.

Education and Experience:

Associates degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or one or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. College degree is preferred.

Machines and Equipment Used: (but not limited to)

Personal Computer, Telephone,10 Key or calculator, FAX machine, photo copier, postage meter, etc.
