Payroll Processor
Process Team Associate will support multi-state, multi-cycle payroll process. Ensure accurate and timely results. Analyze and resolve process problems. Respond to employee and managers inquiries. Maintain payroll records, interface with general ledger and treasury activities.
The Payroll Production Team is responsible for the Time Site administration rights, respond to non-hours driven pay questions, provide deduction remittance information, support the Lawson payroll process cycle, serve as POCs for deductions/withholding, provide SEA utilization support and assignments by org numbers. In addition, the Payroll Production team will complete garnishment setup, SCA benefit allowance, process manual checks and savings bonds purchase, W-2s, special monitoring reports (Seagate) and maintain deduction and pay codes.
Experience (5+ yrs) required using automated Payroll/HR systems. Knowledge of compensation/payroll regulations and tax rules. Strong customer service, communications, and personal computer skills. Organization, attention to detail, deadline focus. Ability to function well within a self-directed team environment.
Must be US Citizen.
Long term assignment will likely go perm.
