Sapphire Technologies is looking for a detail oriented motivated individual to join our Operations Team as a Payroll Representative.

Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our clients and consultants by providing the highest quality and value in every aspect of our service. Therefore we need to add an additional resource to our Payroll Team!

Responsibilities include: Process and maintain employee records, including new hire paperwork. Ensure timely and accurate payroll for consultants, including audit and data entry of timecards. Proactively identify, analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies by processing payroll adjustments. Act as primary support for payroll inquiries. Maintain spreadsheets for timely and accurate processing. Provide quality customer service.



Experience & Skills Required: Minimum (1) year of payroll experience. Ideal applicant will have proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word. You must be detail oriented, well organized, and be able to multi-task. Excellent troubleshooting skills and a demonstrated proficiency in both written and oral communication skills also required.
