Payroll Representative (Multiple Openings)

Accent International is working with a premiere international bank which has a number of openings for Payroll Representatives. These are full-time permanent positions with salaries ranging from $38-43,000 (plus benefits) depending on experience.

Payroll Collection Representative (#5862)
The Payroll Collection Rep will be responsible for recording and pursuing salary and commission overpayment made to terminated and active employees.

This position requires a professional personality, and someone with strong written and oral communication skills is a must. The ability to communicate confidentally and firmly, keep detailed records, and work with others is a must. Intermediate level Excel is needed in this role. A college degree is preferred, but not required.


Intermediate Payroll Representative (#5865)
The Payroll Rep will enter and monitor the quality of the payroll data in the bank's payroll system. You'll be interfacing with the company's employees to investigate, resolve, and explain any and all payroll questions. You'll also implement and maintain controls to ensure the system's integrity. Duties will also include special projects assigned by management.

An excellent customer-service disposition and attentiveness to detail are key characteristics to success in this position. A high school degree is required, and a knowledge of payroll procedures or experience in the field is a plus, but not required.


Payroll Control Representative (#5864)
The Control Representative will help administer the bank's Employee Forgivable Loan Program. This includes ensuring that the firm's P&L properly reflects forgiven portions, and that income taxes are properly calculated and collected from employees. You'll use your accounting background to help make sure that all reporting is done properly.

A bachelor's degree is required for this role, and a specialization in Accounting is preferred.
