Critical Responsibilities:
?
???????? Analyze, research, and resolve cases that have been logged into the Case Management system.?
???????? Must be able to work in an efficient and effective manner with other Payroll customer service team members, various cross-functional HR employees (including accessHR representatives, research specialists, HR Business Partners, benefits administrators, etc.), employees (customers), and in some cases external parties.
???????? Manage cases, perform in-depth research, identify resources for providing critical information, follow through to obtain needed information, and resolve cases efficiently and thoroughly--meeting both volume and quality service measurement standards.
???????? Understand formulas and be able to correctly calculate various payments, which may include pension, final pay, vacation, severance, and/or overpayments.
???????? Coach and mentor new team members, answer questions, and provide other general assistance as needed.
???????? Process all non-employee payments, and updates.
???????? Review all incoming requests in the Lotus Notes mailbox, open cases and route to the appropriate Research Specialist for processing.
