Full-time position. Monday-Friday. 7:30 am-4:00 pm.

 

PERMITTING AND INSPECTION COORDINATOR

Handle all phases of the permitting process including permit preparation, interaction with permit service and municipalities. Responsible for scheduling final inspections and monitoring outcome and reporting to management. Minimum 5 years computer experience required, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of Quick Books software a plus. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills and be fluent in English. Proper telephone etiquette a must. Some construction industry background helpful. Must be an organized self-starter, capable of multi-tasking and troubleshooting problems and issues.
