Personal Assistant to Chairman/CEO
We are currently seeking an individual with 5+ years of prior Personal Assistant experience to assist the Chairman of the Company. This position includes relocation to Hong Kong and extensive travel throughout Asia and the world while assisting the Chairman with communications, both business and personal, administration services, research, planning and management of ongoing projects.
The ideal candidate will hold an advanced degree in business, international management or journalism, possess excellent writing and communication skills, have interests in photography, physical fitness, yachting, Asian cultures and scuba diving. English language skills are a must as well as additional Asian language (Mandarin). 5+ YEARS OF PRIOR DOCUMENTED PA EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY as well as the desire to remain in this line of work.
Must be proficient in computers (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and hardware troubleshooting), internet savvy and willing to work unspecified hours in ever-changing circumstances and environments. Must be honest, mature, dependable and reliable. Interest and knowledge of e-commerce and supply chain management principles a definite plus.
Must be willing to travel extensively 6-9 months of the year, including extended periods on board a luxury private yacht. The remainder of the year will be spent in Hong Kong.
