Personal Sales Assistant

Description: Under limited supervision, performs advanced and more complex technical insurance and/or office support functions. Regularly exercises some initiative and independent judgment and solves problems of moderate scope and complexity.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills to answer department telephone and assist callers in a professional manner. Demonstrated good judgment in knowing when to handle a problem or refer it to a higher level. Ability to prioritize and perform dissimilar tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with numbers and typing skills (50 wpm) preferred. Broad working knowledge of standard office equipment and department operations preferred. High school education or equivalent training, plus 1 - 2 years of work experience in a similar office environment is required. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
