Job Summary:

Position is responsible for performing routine office or clerical support tasks according to well established procedures.

 

Essential Functions:Sort and distribute mailAnswer phones Make photocopiesFile Operate basic office equipmentRespond to routine inquires via telephone, fax, or emailScan documents

 

Additional Duties:Perform typing and other clerical duties as requested

 

Education/Experience:  High school diploma or equivalent

 

Communication and Numeric Skills: Oral communication skills sufficient to convey simple messages to co-workers, others in the organization, customers, and visitorsInterpersonal skills required to work well with others

 

Computer Skills:Basic typing, word processing, email systems, and data entry skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
