The leader in the TV ratings business is looking for enthusiastic and

dependable individuals to play an important role in our Pittsburgh, PA office.



You must be able to work from either 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. to

9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We offer $9.25/hr. Bilingual skills

(english/spanish) a plus. Must have personal computer experience including

Word and Outlook. Experience with Excel and Access preferred. Customer

service background and excellent communication skills in order to support the

day-to-day operations of the field office are required. This position contacts

households to schedule the installation and removal of equipment, schedules and

confirms field rep visits, and handles calls from sample households. No

selling is involved.

residing in the Pittsburgh, PA area authorized to work in the U.S. will be
