Plan Analyst

PharmaCare, a wholly owned subsidiary of CVS Pharmacy and a leader in the Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) and Mail Service Pharmacy industries currently has exciting opportunities as a Plan Analyst at our North Richland Hills facility.

The Plan Analyst is primarily responsible for administering client pricing and member copays for new implementations or plan changes. In addition, the plan analyst is also responsible for supporting the account management staff with maintenance or creation of drug inclusion / exclusion lists, claims research and prior authorizations as requested by the client.

Requirements:

Interested candidates must have at least one year?s experience in benefit management or previous pharmacy experience. AS/400 experience is preferred. Candidate must have working knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook, Excel and Word. The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal and communication skills, be self directed and detail oriented, have the necessary time management skills to meet deadlines, exhibit excellent problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to multi-task.
