Assists Closers with various activities as requested.

1. Handles all new closing agent set-ups, which includes reviewing documents for accuracy, scanning and setting up the information in the CADS system.

2. Assists Closers in gathering and clearing closing, funding, and investor ?stips?.

3. Assists Closers in preparing the collateral package.

4. Photocopies/ships collateral packages.

5. Contacts title companies to confirm closings actually took place.

6. Contacts title companies to ensure prompt return of closing package to region office.

7. Prepares Fed Ex labels and ships closing packages as needed.

8. Prepares/ships original Secondary Files to HQ.

9. Packages files sent to storage and maintains filing system.

10. Coordinates with shredding company as needed.

Education:
High school graduate or equivalent.

Experience/Training:
Practical and on-the-job.

Skills:
Highly organized; attention to detail; effective interpersonal communication skills; team player; computer literate.
