Practice Manager

NAPA Management Services Corporation, a subsidy of North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA), is currently searching for a Practice Manager who will oversee NAPA Pain Management Centers.  This highly diverse position will be located at Franklin Hospital and will be reporting to the Director of Pain Management and COO.

 

Essential duties and responsibilities:Oversee both Pain Centers Set up new office sites Direct, plan and coordinate office operations to maintain a competitive, profitable, patient focused organized medical office Provide leadership, direction and administration of all aspects of practice activities to ensure accomplishments and objectives Coordinate employee and physician time off Inform Director of Pain Management and COO of ongoing issues Orientate new doctors Submit weekly time sheets for employees, doctors and CRNAs

 

Qualification/Requirement:Strong communicational skills Excellent managerial and organizational skills Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge of ADS and IDX ICD-9 & CPT coding skills a plus Must be willing to commute to both sites regularly

 

Education and/ or ExperienceAssociate Degree and/or 2 years of work related experience 2+ years of managerial experience
