Pricing Administrator

Winebow, Inc., an importer and distributor of wines from around the world, seeks a Pricing Administrator to join our Purchasing Department in Montvale, New Jersey.

 

As the Pricing Administrator you will be responsible for:

 

1.  Working with the Marketing Managers to implement monthly pricing in our internal system and with the State Liquor Authority.

2.  Review pricing sheets to ensure correct information before inputting into the computer system and posting with State Liquor Authority.

3.  Research questions about pricing and follow up with answers.

4.  Process monthly reports.

5.  Interact with marketing, sales and customer service to supply information and confirm pricing for products.

6.  Work with printer to coordinate the printing of the Pricing Books.

7.  Oversee Pricing Coordinator to ensure price postings are listed with the State Liquor Authority on a timely basis.

8.  Coordinate and send mail to Sales Reps.

9.  Assist with reception coverage as needed.

 

Successful candidates will have:

 

1.  3 plus years administrative assistant experience.

2.  Experience working in a sales or marketing department is preferred.

3.  Excellent follow up skills.

4.  Must be detail oriented.

5.  Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a very busy department.

6.  Excellent computer skills, some experience with access is helpful but not required.
