Pricing Administrator - (F06-91 DLM)

The Pricing Administrator for Gardner Bender in Glendale, WI will provide as the main contact for all customer related pricing requests in a variety of GB markets. This position is critical to maintain and manage the accurate invoice price of all customer orders as well as support to internal team members.

Qualified individuals will possess the following attributes:
Undergraduate degree required. Finance or Business degree preferred.
Advanced computer skills in Excel and Word required.
Demonstrated ability to give extraordinary internal and external customer support.
Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with PC literacy (Microsoft Office applications) and problem solving skills.
Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as a team member.
Ability to exchange information with co-workers and work as part of a team.
Ability to work independently and make independent decisions.

Key responsibilities of this individual are:
Create, implement and maintain all customer (internal and external) pricing in the GB ERP system for multiple lines of business including but not limited to Retail, Electrical Distribution, Vision and Calterm.
Implementation and standardization of all standard, Trade Show, promotions, new items, one-time quotes and program pricing.
Responsible for analyzing and responding to customer quote requests in a timely fashion.
Responsible for the analysis and implementation of all price changes.
Responsible for monitoring and resolving all electronic (EDI) pricing discrepancies.
Responsible for the tracking and implementation of customer rebate programs.
Responsible for the testing and implementation of new pricing/invoice/order entry and rebate functionality in Oracle.
Ability to facilitate the development of a pricing strategy.
Ability to create and maintain a competitive pricing cross-reference.
Handles, resolves and takes ownership of all internal and external customer problems. Root causes of problems are identified and corrective action taken. Problems are closed with calls to customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Ability to develop a general knowledge of the product line and is familiar with promotions and pricing schedules.
Track and report results to other departments and external customers.
Experience in Oracle applications preferred.
Perform all other responsibilities as may be assigned by management.
