Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

 

We currently have an opportunity for a Procurement Specialist. The successful candidate will function as the purchasing and customer service point of contact for the sales force, ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities include purchasing support for sales representatives. This involves daily buys, processing incoming orders submitted into a queue, checking order status, managing inventory, answering incoming customer/vendor calls, constant communication (via email or phone) with the customer. Must have the ability to prioritize and organize workload. Prefer a minimum of 2 years experience in the computer/reseller industry. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word required, as are excellent verbal and written skills.
