Product Cost Management System Manager

-Responsible for Aerospace-wide Product Cost Management System (PCMS) work efforts.
-Manage team of system administrators and lead the planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance stages for Product Cost Management System processes.
-Define requirements, develop methods, procedures, plans and schedules, project coordination, project cost management, risk management and resource management including support of applications, support of PCMS users, and system maintenance.
- Manage the definition, design, implementation and close-out of complex and cross-functional product cost management system projects, as well as the coordination of input, support, and communication with all costs that impact project scope, business value, risk, and resource requirements.
-Assesses variances from the plan and develops and implements changes as necessary to ensure project meets time, cost and quality objectives.
-Acquires and negotiates for human, financial, and/or physical resources to support one or more projects.
-Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with project sponsors, customers, suppliers, and Business Leadership.

Qualifications.
-Speaks and Writes Fluent English.
-Fluent in usage of MS office toolset, including MS Project and Visio.
-Ability to identify project risks and to develop action plans to mitigate.
-Clear customer support plans.
-Knowledge and experience in a variety of business functions; creative and innovative; ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements.
-Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of Project management related experience. MBA preferred.
