Our client, located south of Pittsburgh, is currently searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant on a temporary-to-hire basis.  Some of the primary job duties include: High volume data entry of purchase orders and time sensitive information. Preparing correspondence for internal staff. Filing, faxing and various other administrative duties.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have: At least three years of administrative experience within a manufacturing setting.  A strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a sense of urgency is a must! Outstanding skills with MS Word, Excel and Access.
