Production Support Manager

ProVest, the nation 's leader of process server management for the mortgage industry has an opportunity available for a Production Support Manager for our Elmhurst, IL location.  The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of management experience in a clerical/administration production environment.  You will be part of a growing company  which values results, accountability, and teamwork in a fast paced and exciting work environment.

 

Responsibilities:

-  Direct management of up to 20 production support staff which includes:

  Shipping; Couriers;Scanning/Index; Skip Trace

-  Support Production Manager in absence and as needed but not limited to:

-  Create and maintain reports

-  Accounting and reporting functions

-  Manage office technology and equipment

-  Interview for open and/or new positions 

-  Evaluate workloads and areas within operations to determine potential  reassignments and training.

- Ensure that support processes are accurately and efficiently processed,  providing exceptional service to clients.

- Resolve service, administrative and operational problems

- Coordinate the support of newly hired employees including training.

- Employment functions including interviewing, hiring, coaching, counseling,  performance appraisals/disciplinary actions and salary reviews for support staff.

 

Requirements:

 

Good Follow-up Skills

Strong Communication Skills

Management experience

 

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
