Come join Corporate Office Centers, a fast growing company in the service business! We have an immediate opening for a bright professional at our Arlington Center Operation. As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for assisting the Business Center Manager in operating Corporate Office Centers? Executive Suite Business Center. This position is responsible for creating, as well as leaving, a positive impression on people who call or visit the center by way of his/her professionalism and customer service orientation.You will also assist the center team in providing excellent client service. Corporate Office Centers' is a multi-tasked environment and requires the ability to prioritize and change direction frequently. Professional appearance and attitude required. Future growth potential.
Primary Responsibilities:
?Answer incoming client and COC calls and correctly announce the caller to the appropriate person
?Welcome COC and clients? visitors and announce their arrival
?Maintain conference rooms and conference room calendar
?Gather pertinent information from prospective clients for general manager
?Assist with center opening and closing procedures
?Assist clients with work that can be completed at the reception station
?Sign for special deliveries and maintain delivery log
?Assist clients and COC staff with courier and special delivery items
?Correctly answer questions regarding COC services to clients and prospects
General Skills:
?Knowledge of all COC equipment (telephone features, voice mail, copier, etc.) and ability to explain usage to clients
?Act as concierge for clients by providing information about local restaurants, hotels, and banks, and places of interest when requested
?Adherence to company policies
?Stay current with company offerings by visiting the COC website regularly
?Assist in other areas when requested
Position Requirements:
?Excellent written and oral language skills
?Ability to multi-task with confidence
?Experience in a business environment with a customer service focus
?Understanding of and adherence to standard business protocol
?Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
?Ability to keep business confidences
