 Passing out Daily Reports Lead Distribution Ensuring accurate and timely handling of user/prospect calls, voice mails, inbound faxes, e-mails and web requests Printing letters and packing literature for Sales Representatives Updating database with new user/prospect demographic information Ensuring literature is stocked and all equipment running properly Providing administrative assistance to department managers Including day-to-day updating and tracking of Tele-demo's and other various reports
QualificationsPast experience in an administrative position Experience with, and emphasis on customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent phone manner with customer service focus Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Microsoft Access and/or other databases)To Apply <Click Here>
