Consultant Scheduler is a fast-paced role critical to the overall performance of our Professional Services team.  This individual will be responsible for scheduling application consulting and custom development resources, resolving staffing challenges, measuring and reporting key facets of the business, and taking appropriate proactive action to ensure monthly and annual financial goals are met or exceeded.  The position involves close collaboration with other team members in the Professional Services department and other internal teams.  Frequent customer contact is required and strong customer service focus is critical.  The role is responsible for planning and executing internal business process improvement initiatives, individually or as a member of a project team.  Candidate must be a team player committed to finding solutions that are best for the overall business.

 

Our requirements include experience with small to medium size manufacturing operations or manufacturing software solutions.  Demonstrated history of customer interaction and strong customer service skills are required.  Resource scheduling experience is preferred.  Other requirements include leadership skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, minimum of intermediate-level MS Office skills, the ability to manage priorities adeptly, and stringent attention to detail.
