**Project Administrator - Construction**

Now hiring an Project Administrator. Must have experience in construction industry and knowledge of Microsoft applications. Timberline experience a plus. Must be able to multi-task and have Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Duties & Responsibilities:Administrative support to the Project Manager, including preparing subcontracts, issuing purchase orders, change orders, transmittals, and sending out plans for bidding.Responsible for filing all job-related documents and maintaining job filesAnswers telephonesSort and distribute daily mailAssist with purchasing dutiesComplete special projects as assignedAssist with filing and other projects for other departments as needed.
