Project Coordinator

Olshan Foundation Repair the largest privately owned foundation repair, stabilization and waterproofing company in America, with operations in 14 states, has an opportunity for a dynamic Project Coordinator for our office in Pelham, Alabama.

 

Purpose:

 

To maintain the efficient operation and flow of the work schedule for the crews.  Work closely with the General Manager and Office Manager to meet company goals.

 

Responsibilities:

 Ability to meet company and customer needs by the correct scheduling of work to be done by the field personnelAbility to interact and communicate well with customers, management, and the people in the fieldResponsible for handling service calls to customersCoordinate and keep accurate inventory of equipment Keep accurate track of field personnel on job sitesAssist the Office Manager with administrative duties 

Qualifications:

 High school diploma or equivalentBachelor?s Degree preferredMinimum of 2-3 years office experienceExperience with scheduling and logisticsAbility to work in a fast paced environmentCustomer service experienceAbility to multi task and problem solve Strong organizational and time management skillsOracle experience a plus
