Project Coordinator

Schnitzer Northwest, LLC, one of the Pacific Northwest's premier real estate investment and development companies, has an immediate opening for an Investment Coordinator, Development, at its corporate office in Seattle, Washington.  

 



The Investment Coordinator responsibilities include the following: Provide administrative and project management support by coordinating all facets of the development process including acquisition of property, construction, and marketing and leasing activities.  Provide administrative support including preparing correspondence, word processing, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, updating calendars, tracking/filing documents.  Research tenant and competitor profiles; research titles and zoning information.  Provide project management support for marketing campaigns (including collateral materials, branding, and direct mail programs), organize and manage broker events, and maintain broker database and contact information.Create leasing proposal packages, support other leasing efforts.Communicate with various vendors, architects and contractors, and serve as communication and information source for city officials during entitlement process.

 

Position requires at least two to three years experience in a related position, preferably within a real estate organization.  Exceptional customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks required.  Demonstrated exceptional skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook also required.  Marketing experience helpful.  Bachelor?s degree preferred.
