ProLogis is seeking a Project Coordinator at our Corporate Headquarters in Denver. Our office is located near Pe?a Blvd. and I-70.
This position will support the Asset Services Department by coordinating projects and performing administrative duties that contribute to the departments' goals. Duties include the following:
Daily BasisCoordinate the gathering of due diligence information for Fund and third-party property dispositions Utilize the property management database to run rent rolls, tenant ledgers and various other reports Maintain a tracking sheet that summarizes all transactions currently being worked on Administer the bidding process for due diligence consultants Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and overnight shipments for the group Scan, copy and file documents and prepare and organize new files Maintain the filing system including preparing items for archival, keeping archival records and retrieving archived documents
Weekly BasisPut together Investment Memo's using Adobe Acrobat and upload to company intranet Book travel arrangements Prepare expense reports Prepare new vendor reports as necessary Coordinate bi-weekly Asset Services Group meetings / conference calls
Additional ProjectsAssist with document retrieval, copying and preparation for quarterly Fund projects and third party transactions Assist with tenant research, data compilation and estoppels & SNDA preparation Tracking and due diligence materials submittal for quarterly loan projects or Fund projects
As NeededBack-up / fill-in for administrative assistant Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree preferred and 5+ years increasingly responsible administrative experience, preferably in a project-type / coordinator role. Position requires intermediate skills using MS Excel spreadsheets and database software including queries, exports, basic formulas, formatting, and reporting. Requires intermediate-to-advanced skills using Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, and Outlook.
