We are in search of an assertive individual who is able to take direction and has excellent organizational skills. This position can serve as a great stepping stone in which you would gain a strong understanding of project management methodologies.


 


Primary responsibilities include:


 


Coordinating projects

Participating in necessary meetings

Writing agendas

Obtaining approvals and scheduling deadlines

Assisting with creating test cases

Participating in user acceptance testing



Previous administrative support experience or a background working on a long-term project is required for this role. Strong MS Office proficiency is a must. Experience with user acceptance testing is preferred. Great interpersonal skills will be key to success.
