Project Support Analyst

Vaco Resources is looking for a Project Support Assistant for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Parsippany, New Jersey. The Project Support Assistant will act as the intermediary between the Regional Manager and the District Manager of the organization. The position is responsible for administrative-type duties including scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating and scheduling projects, phone support and customer interaction. The qualified candidate will have experience as an administrative assistant, possess superb communication and organizational skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
