Property Assistant

Trammell Crow Company, one of the largest diversified commercial real estate companies in the U.S., is currently seeking a Property Assistant who will be responsible for the administrative needs of the Property Management Team assuring a high level of professionalism in Property Management issues, including timely response to and resolution of any tenant requests or concerns.  Ideal candidate would be individual interested in advancing in the field of Property Management.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES

May be responsible for one or more of the following:

 

? Provide full administrative support including phone support, typing, reports, filing and distribution of correspondence

? Schedule and coordinate meetings/special events as requested

? Assist in lease administration activities including lease set up, administer lease changes, generate reports, etc.

? Prepare and coordinate bid proposals and service contracts and approved invoices. Assist in bidding process and ensure compliance with Playbook and National initiatives for these bids

? Ensure prompt completion of PM Data warehouse (PMDW)

? Maintain lease and property files

? Track and file contracts and insurance certificate; maintain follow-up system for expirations

? Promote and foster positive relationships with tenants and owners and track service calls as required

? Prepare A/R status worksheets, initiate late payment calls, reconcile A/R, and follow up on collections as required

? A/P duties include submitting and coding invoices for approval.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 

High school diploma/GED equivalent. Some college preferred.

Minimum 2 years office experience

Proficient in word-processing and spreadsheet software (Word, Excel)

Strong organizational skills; detail oriented.

Strong verbal/written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain professional attitude in a sensitive

environment.

Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
