Public Relations Coordinator
Winebow, Inc., a prestigious importer of Italian and Spanish wines and wholesale distributor of wines from around the world, seeks a Public Relations Coordinator to join our Public Relations Department.? This is an excellent opportunity for a recent?College Graduate interested in gaining wine education and communications?experience in?a dynamic?organization.
?
Responsibilities include:
?
1. Responding to requests from the?media and press for company information.
2. Assisting in establishing and maintaining relationships with key members of the press.
3. Responding to consumer inquiries.
4. Maintaining information on producers, wineries and wines.
5. Helping with drafting press releases.
6.?Tracking media coverage and uploading media reviews and press to web site.
7. Processing, sending out and tracking all product literature and sample requests.
8. Assisting with coordinating and attending Winebow press releases, wine tastings and educational seminars.
9. Assisting with the development and production of a Winebow newsletter.
10. Assisting with web site upkeep, maintenance and editing.
11. Developing and maintaining all departmental PR and education files on Sharepoint system.
12. Maintaining media lists, press kits and other materials.
13. Handling administrative duties to include mailing, faxing, filing and answering phones.

Successful candidates will have:
?
1. A Bachelor's Degree.
2. Prior experience working in a public relations or communications department.
3. Bilingual, fluent in English and Italian and/or Spanish.
4. Passion for wine is a plus.
5. Ability to work in a team environment.
6. Detail oriented.
7. Excellent written communication skills.
8. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with limited direction.
9.? Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
10. Familiarity with Photoshop, Quark and/or Adobe.

Winebow offers a starting salary of $30,000 to $32,000 per year and excellent benefits to include, medical, dental, prescription drug, 401k with profit sharing, paid vacation, sick, personal and holidays, Life, AD&D, STD and LTD insurance.
