Digital Graphics Advantage, a partner of the New AT&T (formally SBC) SMART Yellow Pages-West, and a wholly owned subsidiary of the At&t Communications, Inc., as well as being a leader in the electronic publishing/pre-press industry, has opportunities in our Anaheim sales office for an Entry-Level Publishing Support Assistant II (1st and 2nd Shift) Shift 1 - 8:00am -5:00 pm - Shift 2 (4:00pm - 1:00 a.m). (requires excellent computer skills and very detailed oriented)  PLEASE INDICATE SHIFT PREFERENCE.

The job description includes:

Comparing system information to key line information on the source document Updates and enters new information in the system at a high rate of speed and accuracy Excellent follow-up - see job start to finish. Data entry Inventory control Interaction with various departments - good communication skills necessary Detail oriented Keeps detailed tallies of defect types for each operator Places ads in priority according to production status. Excellent customer service skills

 

Candidates must qualify on all tests and interview to be eligible for consideration.

Starting wage is $4$372.00 - 450.00 (wk) - w/wage increases every 6 months. We offer an excellent benefit package on the FIRST DAY OF HIRE (includes Medical/Dental - lots and lots of opportunity for growth!
