Summary of Key Responsibilities


Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Resolve any issues between internal customers and vendors. Calculate, analyze and draft a PFQ for each vendor and commodity. Determine cost savings and recommend vendors for approval. Manage, maintain and follow-up with vendors on EGL profile, needs, and customer service issues. Compile and allocate orders. Peruse, audit, and examine invoices for cost savings. Respond to station employee request. Coordinate various monthly reports and commission estimates. Issue PO’s and purchase commodities based on stations’ orders and initiate inventory for future needs. Obtain quotes to monitor pricing.



 

Summary of Experience and EducationHigh School Diploma or GED and 2 to 3 years of related industry or work experience.
