Position Overview:

Responsible for issuing and maintaining purchase orders for domestic products (all divisions of company)and assisting with product availability and forecasting and maintaining product specifications (pricing, supplier information, etc.)

 

Majority of job will consist of entering/tracking/reporting of purchase orders; Maintaining database reports, confirming orders with factories and updating necessary customers/employees on status of orders; Requires constant communication with distributors, stores and customers to ensure product is shipped and delivered efficiently and in a timely manner.

 

Responsibilities:
Monitor Daily Issues and Maintain Accurate Purchase orders.
Cash Flow Summary of Open Purchase Orders. 
Spare Parts Maintenance.
Forecast Vs Inventory Report.
Monthly Sales Analysis.

 

Skills/Requirements: 

This candidate needs to be very detailed, possess excellent communication and follow through skills, have a good speaking voice over the phone (will be communicating with overseas distributors) and have good report generation/analysis experience. College degree not required, but preferred and/or 3-5 years experience in purchasing/procurement.

 

Salary/Benefit Information:

$34-$36K+ (based on experience)
