QA Technical Assistant (#2183)

Carlsbad, CA (coastal San Diego area)

 

Responsibilities:

The QA Technical Assistant position will directly affect the smooth running of the QA department, and will allow the Quality Engineers to function more efficiently and at a higher level.  By providing the necessary support to the Quality Engineers, the QA Technical Assistant will perform data review and analysis on several important department projects and ViaSat functions.

 

Requirements: 

3+ years experience analyzing data and preparing various metrics for reporting.  Strong proficiency with MS Office, with advanced capability utilizing Excel and Access applications required.  Ideal candidate will have the ability to create Pivot Tables and Pareto Diagrams. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to work with all levels of staff.  Solid organizational skills with good attention to detail are required.  Ability to use Oracle is desired. US citizenship is required for this position.
