Quality Assurance Control Analyst

Your job responsibilities include: Supporting the Head of Quality Assurance and Quality Assurance Control Officers as well as a resource that would be available to address immediate and pending incidents within the Sector. In addition, maintaining project plans for the activities for which you are assigned. Supporting the development of the Operational Risk Framework for the group. Supporting, providing guidance and cataloging for each business unit within the sector: Policies, processes and procedures; 3rd party agreements, contracts and selling agreements (e.g., Corporate Retirement Plans, Insurance Vendors, BGAs - Be Independent General Agent, AN - Attorney Network, DTS - Designated Trust Services). Legal / account / prototype documents; Contracts / RFPs (Request for Approval)/ ADVs. Evidence for Control Plan testing, metrics and certifications.Your job

Basic Qualifications
You are a professional who enjoys working in a highly dynamic environment, is a good team player, can work independently and when needed and have the ability to make sound decisions and give clear direction and reports at all times.

You seek continuous improvements to quality and efficiency; with the following Profile: Bachelors in Finance or Business Administration; project management experience; flair for data collection, analysis and reporting; strong analytical skills; excellent written and communication skills. You have a minimum 2 years work experience in the financial services industry and a Series 7, 66, 63/65 desired (or willing to obtain).
