Quality Auditor - (EC10899)

The Quality Auditor (QA) monitor, tracks, records, examines, and provides feedback on compliance and work standards for OSI Education Services. The QA will perform call audits and input the information in a database and generate reports for management. The QA will form working relationships with Operations and Client personnel. The focus is to promote and sustain excellent performance delivery and customer service. Incumbent must build rapport over the telephone and in person and must present information in a professional and accurate manner. Incumbent must follow all OSI Education Services and customer work standards and must meet performance criteria to include assigned goals.

MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS:

?High School Graduate or GED Equivalent required
?2 years experience in Customer Service monitoring
?2 years compliance or auditing background
?Strong PC Skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
?Create and build spreadsheets in Excel.
?Excellent organizational skills
?Excellent communication skills - speaking, listening and written composition
?Strong analytical/problem solving skills
?One year collection experience
?Working knowledge of the FDCPA and OSI Compliance Standards
?Knowledge of WIN system desirable
?Knowledge of student loan clients or collections industry to include collection functions, skip tracing, AWG, rehabilitation and consolidation programs
?Excellent interpersonal skills

WORK SCHEDULE: 8AM-4:30PM Monday through Friday
PAY RANGES: $14-$16.00

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to the following:

?Monitor, track, record, examine, and provide feedback on inbound/outbound telephone consumer calls to ensure compliance work standards, FDCPA, OSI Call Model and other standards or regulations as required.
?Provide feedback to management and associates to facilitate high quality work product.
?Provide on-going evaluations or department performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
?Develop, update, and maintain telephone tracking logs for follow-up with the business owner/operations management.
?Interacts well with others, showing respect for feelings and viewpoints
?Probes facts, analyzes issues and makes systematic and rational judgments based on relevant information
?Committed to work toward goals. Shows enthusiasm and commitment
?Ensure accuracy, timeliness and thoroughness of special projects assigned
?Accurately complete and maintain student loan reconciliations
?Reconcile and record the accounting for student loans and ensure accounting close deadlines are met.
?Balance reconciliations for student loan systems
?Analyze and resolve any reconciliation discrepancies that may arise
?Protect all client consumer information used during collection efforts in accordance with company confidentiality policies and comply with Corporate Information Security Policies and Procedures.
?Other duties as assigned.
