A client located in Jacksonville has an immediate position available for a Quality Control Corrdinator.

Indivual will inspect imported and domestic seafood and meat products for quality condition; Develop, modify and maintain the documents of the USDA and FDA, HACCP plan and review the HACCP records. Audit the HACCP plans from the domestic and foreign seafood and meat supplier. Perform necessary microbiological testing and monitor the SSOP and GMP program.

A four year degree is required with two years of related experience. FDA Seafood and USDA Meat HACCP Certificates required.
