Our brand new San Antonio International Academy of Design & Technology campus has the following opportunity available for an experienced administrative professional:

RECEPTIONIST
San Antonio, TX

Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls
Greet and direct visitors to their proper destination
Make appointments and carry out general administrative tasks
Organize catering, staff travel arrangements and couriers
Manage the incoming lead flow to available admissions representatives / sales staff
Enter leads and enrollments into the database

Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED is required; Some college or degree is preferred
2-5 years of clerical and customer service experience is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work late evenings and weekends as needed
Effective organizational abilities
Strong computer skills, including the ability to enter data accurately
Ability to present and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
