RECEPTIONIST/CLEAR CHANNEL RADIO

Clear Channel Radio is accepting applications for the position of Receptionist.  Responsibilities include promptly and courteously answering multiple phone lines for our eight station cluster; welcoming and assisting on-site visitors; distribution of listener prizes; handling all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries; ordering office supplies; providing administrative back-up support to  all departments with special projects when needed.

 

Requirements:  Ability to multi-task while maintaining a calm and positive demeanor; past front desk phone experience or administrative experience in a fast paced office environment preferred; proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of office machines such as faxes and copiers; reliable transportation; professional attire; punctuality a must.
