CENERGY, providing skilled consultants for the oil & gas industry for over 10 years, has an immediate need for an experienced Recruiter.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

 

► Recruiting, Interviewing, Matching, Coordinating send-outs and filling orders.

► Obtaining job orders

► Maintaining a high fill ratio

► Taking a positive proactive position in corporate partnering

► Strong interface with the Sales Team

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Advertise & Network to obtain qualified CandidatesScreen, schedule, match candidatesAssess client position requirements, match candidates to meet client needs & expectationsPerform reference- checking procedures on all chosen candidatesDeploy chosen candidatesBuild a & maintain continuous active database of potential candidatesEstablish focused business development and recruiting plansReview media and weekly- ads to identify trends and prospectsProactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract candidatesEstablish and maintain relationships with a variety of recruiting sourcesMaintain an Advertising Log/System

 

REQUIREMENTS:

?  College degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or professional training

?  Recruiting Experience preferably Oil & Gas related

?  Sales experience in the staffing industry with a- proven track record of success

?  Ability to successfully interface with clients- (internal and external).

?  Extremely organized with emphasis ability to Multi-task.

?  Strong- interpersonal and communication skills.

?  Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a- plan.

?  Strong attention to detail with follow-through shown in previous jobs

?  Able to communicate with and present at the executive level.

?  Flexible & positive attitude

?  Creates search criteria and conducts searches as needed to meet targets

?  Retains and markets candidates proactively for future utilization on projects
