Retail Sales Coordinator

 

Mighty Leaf Tea Company is a rapidly growing specialty tea company located in Marin County.  We are looking for an aggressive self-starter, with strong inside or retail sales coordination experience.  We offer a fast-paced, small company work atmosphere and the opportunity to become involved in the exciting food and beverage industry.

 

Mighty Leaf Tea created the artisan-crafted blended tea category as it exists today. The company created the signature hand-crafted, translucent mesh Tea Pouch that delivers precision-portioned servings of its whole-leaf tea blends. Mighty Leaf Tea has become a familiar sight in retail locations such as Whole Foods.

 

Job Responsibilities:Assist outside Regional Retail Sales reps in all aspects of business including processing paperwork, demo co-ordination, samples requests, and new vendor set ups.Provide follow up with existing customers and research new business.Coordinate new relationships with retail customers.Help develop retail programs and partnerships.Act as liason between outside Regional Sales reps and internal company staff.Other duties as required or assigned.

 

Job Requirements:Must be a high energy, motivated self-started who is extremely detailed oriented and organized.Sales experience a plus, BA required.Strong interpersonal skills including a pleasant and professional phone manner. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Strong command over office technology, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills.Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to understand how various pieces at the business fit together.
